Using a scientific and professional approach to pesticide application, we have developed methods to control pests more efficiently than our competitors.  Using EPA Registered products and manufacturers label requirements, along with research from Texas A&M Department of Agriculture and Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Services, we have developed formulations, blends and application techniques for Southern States residential lawns and retreats.

Research shows our process delivers outstanding performance on complex surfaces.  Using a non-hazardous proprietary wetting agent and sticker commonly used in growing produce such as lettuce and onions, we can enhance and extend the longevity of the pesticide.  This reduces cost to the consumer by using the lowest recommended concentration yet achieving better results.

The images below show solid particle distribution using our formulation.  When these particles stay elevated on surfaces such as wood (plants, mulch, exterior accents), concrete (hardy plank, decks, driveways, porches), brick and stucco, the active ingredient is more bioavailable to pests at reduced concentrations and cost.
